Tasting notes
Straw yellow with light green hues. At the nose is intense and fruity, with citrus notes, peach, white and yellow flowers. Very dry, with strong acidity well supported by the wide range of flavours already detected by the nose. Medium-long finish with the typical note of bitter almond that’s the trade mark of the Catarratto grapes, the most important white varietal of the Alcamo D.O.C. area.
Alcohol 12-12,5% of volume.
