Tasting notes
Intense straw yellow with golden hues. At the nose is intense, rich of milky notes and vanilla. Exotic fruits, banana and vanilla support a very good acidity. Dry, full bodied and with a long finish, it’s a good example of a great results that this varietal can give in the Sicilian climate.
Alcohol 13-13,5% of volume.
